Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window
✔︎ Returns accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

Eligibility

  • Item must remain in the same grade and original protective sleeve.
  • Bulk lots and clearance items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
  • Buyer pays return postage unless the item is defective or not as described.

Return Process

  1. Email support@banknotesgarden.com / admin@banknotesgarden.com / banknotesgarden@gmail.com or WhatsApp +94 72 55 93 500 with order number, photos, and reason.
  2. Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code.
  3. Ship back using a tracked service.
  4. Refund issued to original payment method within 3 business days of receipt.

Partial Refunds / Restocking
If returned notes show handling damage (folds, tears, writing) we may deduct up to 20 % restocking to cover loss of grade value.
