At Banknotes Garden, we carefully pack collectible banknotes to help protect them during delivery. This policy explains what customers should do if an item arrives damaged or if an item is missing from the order.

1. Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the inner packaging
  • Tracking number, if available
  • Short explanation of the issue

2. Missing Item

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of all items received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Delivery country
  • Clear explanation of what is missing

3. Packaging Inspection

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is reviewed.

We may need packaging photos to support a postal or delivery investigation.

4. Review Process

After receiving your claim, we will review the information and may contact the postal or delivery service where necessary.

Depending on the result, we may offer:

  • Replacement, if available
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Other suitable solution

5. Delivery Service Damage

If damage occurred during postal or courier handling, the claim may depend on the delivery provider’s investigation and rules.

Banknotes Garden will assist where possible, but final delivery investigations may take time.

6. Claims Submitted Late

Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Customers should inspect their order as soon as it arrives.
